Tips for this recipe

  • No buttermilk?  No worries.  Simply place 1 tablespoon of white vinegar or lemon juice into a measuring cup and add enough milk to measure one cup.
  • Want a creamier dressing? Add two additional tablespoons sour cream.
  • Change it up a bit by replacing white vinegar with lemon or lime juice depending on your taste.
  • Make your own Chipotle Ranch dressing by blending in a chipotle in adobo sauce and switching out the vinegar for lime juice.
  • For best flavor, prepare and refrigerate at least one hour or even overnight before serving.
  • Use on salads, fresh veggies, to dip pizza or breaded chicken tenders, wings or as a creamy base for your next homemade pizza.
