- 3-4 Roma tomatoes diced (about 2 cups)
- ΒΌ onion finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno finely chopped
- 2 tbsp cilantro finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice or to taste
- salt to taste
In a bowl, combine the Roma tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice and salt. Stir to combine and chill until ready to use.
