Pina Colada Popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons pineapple juice from the canned pineapple
  • 1-20 ounce can pineapple chunks preferably in own juice
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut shake well before adding
  • 1/2 cup coconut water with pineapple or substitute with Malibu Rum if making an adult treat
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 4 teaspoons white sugar

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend well.
  • Pour into popsicle molds or Dixie cups.
  • Freeze for at least 24 hours.
  • Enjoy!!!
