Curry Dipping Sauce

Plan a meal of international flavors starting with this warm curry dipping sauce that has just a bit of heat to keep you coming back for more.

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon red curry paste
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
- salt to taste
- 1/4 cup coconut milk shake can really well
Heat oil in small pan over medium heat.
Add curry paste and curry powder.
Stir until curry paste is smoother and spices are fragrant.
Reduce heat to low and add coconut milk and brown sugar.
Combine well and simmer for 5 minutes.
Season to taste with salt.
I find that letting the sauce sit a bit really brings out the best flavor.
